The Cartel is an online service of the Boutique Cartel FZ LLC (“Cartel”) for the purpose of the sale of clothing, accessories and other items (“Product”).
Use of the website
In order to be able to make purchases through the Cartel website, you will be requested to register. The information required will allow handling your transaction efficiently and effectively.
As payment will be made online, it is important that you enter all the requested information accurately. This will ensure that there is no delay in the dispatch of your order. The information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence. We do not share any customer data to any third parties and all customer data is held on a secure server.
The website is available only to individuals who meet the eligibility of The Cartel terms and conditions, which requires them an issued valid payment card, i.e., credit card etc and who have been authorized by the cartel to process a charge or charges on their payment card in the amount of the total purchase price for the item or items.
By making an offer to purchase merchandise, you authorize The Cartel to perform credit checks and to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your payment card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your payment card, to obtain an initial payment card lD.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
The Cartel may use the information you provide to conduct suitable anti-fraud reviews, the agency involved may keep a record of that information.
We reserve the right to restrict multiple quantities of a specific item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

Regarding any modification to these Terms at our sole discretion. If you do not agree to the changes to these Terms, you should stop using this website. By using this website after any such change(s), you agree to comply with the Terms as changed. Any changes made after you have placed an order with us, will not affect that order, unless we are required to make the change by law.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Placing an Order
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with a payment reference code and the value of your order that will be debited from your Payment card. Please note that while the Website lists only available Products, there may be occasions due to circumstances where dispatch times may vary, subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. • An item you have ordered is out of stock.
• We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices, which appear on this Website, are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods, which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, Delivery costs are only free within Dubai, otherwise there will an additional charge to your purchase. The cartel offer our customers the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) system, which means that you will be charged for the items purchased plus shipping cost and any import, export duty and tax liable as part of your order.
The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order from the Cartel website.
You confirm that the Payment card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the Payment card to use it. All Payment cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, the Cartel will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
The Cartel website is fully secure and is protected by Online.net.
All Payment card transactions on the Website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and reliable, the Website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
All reasonable care, as it is in the Cartel’s power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. In the absence of negligence on our part, the Cartel cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
If a customer is not happy with their purchase they may obtain and full refund within 7 days or exchange within 15 days of receipt of the goods. Satisfaction is always a top priority and as such each query is addressed individually to the best of our ability.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s Payment card and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items), which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.
Customs duties and any additional charges are non-refundable. Please note that exchanges will be submitted through the same customs procedures, therefore are applicable for duty or any additional charges again.
Please be aware that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included as part of your return. We will not accept returns that do not adhere to the specified conditions outlined.
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the protection strip has been removed (swimming wear) or if the items are soiled (lingerie) and will be returned to you.
All returns should be sent back in their original packaging provided. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the packaging is properly protected.

In order to exchange products, requested for the exchange must be of the same value or higher. We will not exchange products for lower value than the original item purchased…
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org who will issue you with an EAN (Exchange Authorization Number). In doing so, please specify the product information you require and we will process this for you. You will receive confirmation of your exchange within 48 hours.
Customs duties and any additional charges are non-refundable through the Cartel. Please note that exchanges will be submitted through the same customs procedures, therefore are applicable for duty and tax again.
If you have received an item from the Cartel as a gift, you can exchange it for another item of the same value, but must pay the additional shipping, additional charges, import duties and any additional charges, which may incur as a result of the exchange.

Passing of property and risk
The Cartel retains legal ownership of the Product(s) until full payment has been made and such payment has been received. Legal ownership of the Product(s) will immediately revert to the Cartel, if payment is refunded to you.
Risk on the Product(s) will pass to you upon delivery.
The Cartel operates on a Deliveries Duties Paid (DDP) basis, which means the recipient of the parcel is not responsible for clearing any custom duties involved. All orders are shipped from the UAE. Deliveries outside the UAE are subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the recipient are not required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or other fees associated with formal customs entry when the goods arrive in your country, before your local customs authority will release the goods to you. Shouldering these costs are not the customers responsibility. Please ensure that you enter the correct international delivery address and postcode. If the address is entered incorrectly, the delivery may be delayed. In the event that the goods are returned to The Cartel but a delivery charge is levied on us, we will refund to the customer the purchase price less the charge levied on us to return the goods.
