In a special opening celebrating one hundred years of British Vogue, May Barber and the Cartel were invited to attend the private preview of the exhibition, ‘Vogue 100’ held at National Portrait Gallery in London. May Barber reviewed the different rooms each dedicated to a decade of fashion photography and had a conversation with the exhibition co-curators as well as the exhibition printer. The article was published in the Cartel Magazine , which touched upon the century’s evolution not only in fashion photography, but also in aesthetics, artistic direction and technology.
